After her victory at the Welsh Schools two weeks earlier, Lilly Noble - wearing her first Welsh Vest - ran a huge PB of 44.27, to secure a fantastic 3rd place and claim the Bronze Medal.

Later in the afternoon Lilly picked up another Bronze as part of the Welsh 4 x 300m relay team
