Fantastic haul today from the North Wales Cross country league finale and the first sunny day of the year at Oswestry.

 

Firstly North wales championship medals for Tim MV55 bronze

SW women Gold - Martha Owen

Under 17men team Gold

Zac, Ryan Delaney and Ryan Clough.
